Cannot create a new snippet

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a project
  2. Select to create a new snippet
  3. Fill in Title and some file content

What is the current bug behavior?

'Create snippet' button remains grayed. Tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4 / Win10 x64.

What is the expected correct behavior?

'Create snippet' button turns green.
