Review CI YAML reference doc for -ing words

The https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/README.html doc page has many words ending in -ing. These words make it harder to determine what the subject of a sentence is.

The sentences would be stronger without it. This issue is to review the topic and remove as many as possible.
