Add integrated load testing to Auto DevOps

As a follow up to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/3016 which adds Integrated Load Testing to GitLab as part of the ~"performance testing" vision, we should then add basic Integrated Load Testing to Auto DevOps just as we have Auto Browser Performance Testings today.
