Make workhorse naming consistent in the docs NO CHANGELOG

Just something the TW team noticed: the naming of the project is inconsistent in the project docs. It should be either:

  • GitLab Workhorse (no backticks)
  • gitlab-workhorse (with backticks) if talking about the CLI command, or the project namespace.
