The most recent release of workhorse is v8.15.0. This isn't used by gitlab, but it has a security vulnerability recently fixed in v8.14.1 and v8.10.1

Release v8.16.0 which includes that fix as well as a number of unrelated changes.

In CHANGELOG:

- Ignore CompleteMultiparytUpload ETag !438
- Add NuGet route for package uploads !441
- Upgrade Gitaly client to v1.74.0 !443
- Set a time limit on git upload-pack requests
