Start remote connection from status bar

Add an action to the remote indicator quick pick menu that starts a gitlab remote connection.

NOTICE: We should deliver this MR along with gitlab-web-ide-vscode-fork!33 (closed) that removes the Download action from the remote indicator status bar item menu.
