feat: Display busy indicator on item in Pipeline tree

Description

This adds a visual indication to specific tree items when a Job or Pipeline is being reloaded or cancelled. This enhances the user experience with immediate feedback after requesting an action.

How has this been tested?

  1. Open a project with CI pipelines
  2. Right-click a Job in the sidebar and press Retry (or Cancel, or Execute)
  3. The indication shows on the item, until the HTTP request finishes and the sidebar updates again.
  • If src/browser or src/common has been modified, please consider interoperability with the Web IDE. See Running the Extension in WebIDE.
  • Consider an end-to-end test for significant new features that aren't covered by integration tests.
