feat(DuoChat): Update input placeholder text

What does this MR do?

resolves: #2991 (closed)

This merge request updates the placeholder text in the DuoChat input field to read: “Type /help to learn more.” This change aims to improve user awareness of available help options and familiarize users with slash commands.
