feat(GlColumnChart): Add additional `bars` and `lines` props

What does this MR do?

This MR adds additional bars and lines props to the stacked column and column charts to provide additional flexibility in how we display the data.

Updates the stacked chart and column chart to take additional properties so that we can:

• Replace the data prop with a bars (and or lines)
• Apply a trendline
• Simplify data configuration

NOTE: the data prop can be removed once we update the current charts in the gitlab project.
