What does this MR do and why?

Update Gitlab-shell Gitaly client dependency

In gitaly!7753 (merged), Gitaly upgraded go-grpc to version 1.71.1.

Since Gitlab shell is a Gitaly client, it should update its gitalyclient dependency to incorporate this upgrade as well.
