Draft: feat(DesignTokens): Add highlight group

  • Add a new highlight group concept with definition, usage, and examples.
  • Refine the existing feedback and status content to be more concise.

Background: While both status and highlighting are technically types of feedback, we've opted to not create a feedback super group, and instead keep the semantic intent (like highlighting, providing a response, or indicating status) at the group level. Doing so also leaves more room at the category naming layer for more specifics when needed.
