Draft: docs(MaintainerChecklist): Extend checklist with notes from the component template

Problem

During a recent MR review I was unaware of some grammar guidelines included in comments of the component template.

@jeldergl suggested I look for a more visible location for these.

Proposal

Add these guidelines to the maintainer checklist, which acts as a style guide extension for design.gitlab.com
