feat(BrandColor): updating color palette

As a part of a new look and feel effort, we have refined and expanded our color palettes.

This MR includes updates to the primary palette on the Color page and new links to the color palette swatches.

Color updates:

  • New CMYK values for Purple 01p and Purple 02p
  • New PMS colors for Orange 01p, Orange 02p, Orange 03p, Purple 01p, and Purple 02p
  • New Secondary palette colors
