feat(Breadcrumb): Add guideline for bottom border
What does this MR do?
With the Navigation redesign effort the breadcrumb is going to be migrated to GlBreadcrumb. As a preliminary measure, specific guidance on the bottom border is being added to standardize the implementation of this component.
