feat(Dropdown): Update docs to align with use

Jeremy Elder requested to merge 1442-dropdown-update-docs-to-align-with-latest-approach into main

Per the referring issue:

  • Place necessary listbox content within the combobox page.
  • Deprecate the listbox page.
  • From the disclosure page, link to the new listbox section under combobox as the SSoT if necessary.
  • Deprecate the menu page.
  • Consider adding a decision tree to help determine what to use.
