fix(Accordion): update status of docs and GitLab ui

What does this MR do?

This MR updates the status of the accordion component as the ~"pajamas::create" , pajamasbuild and ~"pajamas::style" phase are now completed.

• Add a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say-why-not-just-what
