Update button specs link to Pajamas UI Kit in Figma

We recently added a new checklist item to the Figma component template (Ref) to update the design specs link to the latest designs in Figma.

Since this component was started before the template was updated, the link is being updated now.

Reviewer

  • Test Figma link to make sure you can view the design
  • Ensure notes from any existing Sketch Measure specs are part of the component notes, or otherwise not needed
