Resolve "Add more specific icon design guidance"

Adding iconography documentation for:

• Overview
• Grid and layout
• Keylines and optical weight
• Strokes
• Border radius
• Angles
• Shape
• Concepts

This does not address using icons with other elements or icon naming.
