Update component page tab names

Purpose

  • Updating the Design tab to "Usage" will be more clear since the content is mostly about the usage, which includes design.
  • Updating the Vue component tab to "Implementation" will be more clear since the content will include more than just Vue, but also HAML and Ruby (See conversation in #926 (moved)).
