Update support for session_server using helm chart

What does this MR do?

Updates interactive web terminal documentation to reflect the latest status.

Support for Helm chart has been added recently as per MR: gitlab-org/charts/gitlab-runner!320 (merged) Doc page still says it's not supported and points to the tracking issue, which has now been closed: gitlab-org/charts/gitlab-runner#79 (closed)
