What does this MR do?

Do not execute checks for windows integration test in docs only default branch pipeline

- Previous MR (!3062) changed the condition to be docs only for the dependency jobs
  of the windows integration 2004/20H2 tests jobs. This update reflects that condition
  in the associated checks in the `coverage` stage

Why was this MR needed?

Failed docs related pipelines in the main branch
