Remove support for Fedora 26 and 27, add support for Fedora 30
What does this MR do?
- Remove packages for Fedora 26 and 27 (they are long end of life)
- Add packages for Fedora 30
Why was this MR needed?
As GitLab runner runs on Fedora, there should be packages for the latest version of this distribution.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
- Am I allowed to remove the packages for Fedora 26 and 27?
- I didn't find the planned EOL date for Fedora 30.
