Provide builds for fedora 26 on packagecloud

Note: GitLab Runner has a new package repository with Fedora 26 support at https://packages.gitlab.com/runner/gitlab-runner

Description

Fedora 26 was released on July 11, 2017 but there are only builds for Fedora 25 on packagecloud.

Proposal

Please provide packages for Fedora 26 (most likely the builds will be the same as for Fedora 25). You can remove the builds for Fedora 24 in return, as this version is EOL.
