The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. What does this MR do?

i18n the awards_handler file

This is one of many MRs opened in order to improve the overall internationalisation of the GitLab codebase.

This MR only targets the Vanilla JS files.
