Remove redundant group name from environment name on the "Environments" page
What does this MR do?
Removes the group name prefix from environment names ("review/" in the screenshot below):
This MR also updates the tooltips displayed on the environment names and folders:
- Fixes positioning (before, the tooltip was offset too far to the right)
- Removes incorrect tooltip that appears on folder names
