Review apps within folders have no need for their folder name within lists

Currently this looks like:

Imo the "review" part of each sub env within a folder doesn't need the "review" part. I asked @filipa about this, but apparently this has to do with the api?

This however does of course need to show up in the env detail page: example.

So can't we hide the "review" part front end wise for the env lists?
