Resolve "Redesign project lists UI: Further improvements"

What does this MR do?

Adds the following UI improvements to the redesigned list of projects:

• Reduced font size for titles to 16px (large paragraph)
• Reduced padding to 16px
• Reduced margin between description and stats (third line) to 8px
