Redesign project lists UI: Further improvements

As discussed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/51944#note_126758789 and following, there is potential to improve the newly introduced UI changes of our project lists for larger screens to display more information at glance.

Suggested changes we can implement as quick wins:

• Reduced font size for titles to 16px (large paragraph)
• Reduced padding to 16px
• Reduced margin between description and stats (third line) to 8px

Design
