Include MR information if possible when emailing notification of closing an issue
What does this MR do?
If an issue was closed by a merged MR, include a reference to that MR in the email notification.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
I'm not particularly sure if this is the right approach. I tried tackling the issue from the Issue model side first but determining which MR to reference when more than one is open proved to be rather difficult.
