When emailing notification of closing an issue, include if it was closed via merged MR

I often get emails like:

and don't know why an issue was closed. I have to click through to see:

We should be more informative when in our email notification.

Proposal

Include the reason the issue was closed:

e.g. Jacob Schatz closed issue by merge request !5117.
