Repository -> Contributors Repository -> Charts

• Move Graph -> Contributors to Project -> Contributors
• Move Graph -> Continuous Intergration to Pipelines -> Charts
• Squash remaining Graph pages into one
• Move and rename resulting Graphs page to Repository -> Charts

Original Proposal

After looking at recent navigation redesign I don't know if we need Graphs tab.

Maybe it would be better to move the graphs under it's section/context?

• Contributors to Activity -> Graphs
• Commits and Languages to Code -> Graphs
• Continouous Integration to Pipelines -> Graphs

@dzaporozhets @jschatz1 @job @markpundsack What do you think?
