Rename Network to Commit graph

Description

The Repository "Network" view (meaning this) is a graph in the very sense of the word in the world of Computer Science. Calling it "Network" around Computer Science folks feels like a real misnomer and that needs to be rectified.

Proposal

Do some renames:

• "Network" should be renamed "Graph".
• This implies that "Graphs" (meaning this) would need to be renamed "Charts" (or a similar term).

Charts is also closer to the sense of the word for chart.
