I noticed the "Feature flags requiring attention" issues didn't have any assignees, e.g. gitlab-org/quality/triage-reports#10578 (closed).

I believe this is because we're looking for groups with the group:: prefix in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops/-/raw/master/group-definition.yml.
