Description

  • In addition to supporting the email channel (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/149), an external user submits a ticket through a web form.
  • There is a field for the user to enter an email address so that they can be contacted back. Subsequently, it would be a similar flow to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/149.
