Removes CI/CD catalog page from global nav
What does this MR do and why?
The CI/CD catalog page has been merged into the CI/CD components page to ensure all the information is self-contained, as per Restructure CI/CD Components doc (gitlab!137655 - merged). This MR removes the navigation item from the global navigation.
