Adding yaml reference to top
This MR changes one link on the home page. We know from statistics that most people who come to the docs home page are looking for the .gitlab-ci.yml reference page. We should get them right to it.
Combined with changes I'm asking for in this issue, I'm hoping this improves the user experience.
