Move gitlab pages contribution out of submenu

Kassio Borges requested to merge kassio/move-gitlab-pages-contribution-one-level-up-in-the-sidebar into main

Gitlab Pages contribution documentation was recently moved to the docs site. I think it deserves to be a bit more discoverable/easier to access. For that, I propose to move it to its own contributing submenu.
