Adding direct link to self-managed trial from docs ominbus page

Earlier this year we added a direct link to the self-managed trial from https://about.gitlab.com/install/ and that increased trial adoption by sending people with high-levels of interest in a self-managed instance of GitLab directly to the appropriate trial flow.

Does it make sense to add a link/CTA of some kind to https://about.gitlab.com/free-trial/self-managed/?
