What is this issue about? (background and context)
This issue will contain a prioritized list of UX initiatives (and their status) that @pedroms will support during FY25-H1, as a Staff Product Designer working across the whole product.

Pedro is the DRI, driving planning and execution, keeping the initiative moving forward. He keeps the team appraised but makes key decisions about how to scope the initiative and next steps. Optionally, if appropriate, he has support from another designer or counterparts for specific tasks - as delegated within each issue before an initiative is initiated. | 1
Another designer is the DRI, driving project management aspects of execution and completing most tasks, but has support from Pedro. He provides dedicated support for specific tasks that take less than a few days to execute, but may need to deprioritize if needed to keep higher tier support initiatives in play. If that happens, team members need to pick up with that work. | 2
Pedro advises on specific aspects of planning and execution on an ad-hoc basis and during downtime between higher tier support. Pedro needs teams to tag him into issues, provide context, and a due date for when feedback is needed by. | 2 |
