Socializing Instructions/Tips
- Record a walkthrough of the UX Roadmap
- PM and PD create a video walking through your newly created UX Roadmap
- Start by explaining what a UX Roadmap is, the benefits is should bring to the team and how it focuses on holistic Thematic design first and MVCs as deliverables second (reference the UX Roadmap Handbook page as needed)
- Then give an overview of your team's UX Roadmap Board's Now, Next, and Future columns. Explain how the Now column contains Themes that have high confidence and are therefore ready for design. The Next and Future columns have lower confidence, respectively, and therefore will require some form of additional research in order to prepare them for the Now column. These research steps can be prioritized in parallel with work happening in the Now column to ensure they're ready for design when necessary. Work with your team's UX Researcher to plan for these research steps.
- Then give a summary of each of the Themes in each of the columns (i.e. Now, Next, and Future)
- When the summary has been completed you can give a deeper dive into the Theme(s) in the Now column as these will be Themes you'll be working on first.
- PM and PD create a video walking through your newly created UX Roadmap
