Tracking Issue: FY23-Q1 UX OKRs for CI/CD

Overview

We use this issue as a centralized place to discuss and track the CI/CD UX Team progress on the current UX department OKRs (🔗 Ally).

This fiscal quarter FY23-Q1 will run from February 1, 2022 to April 30, 2022.

Let's Contribute!

  • The table below shows KRs where our team input is required. Please read their descriptions and use the discussion thread to post your questions.
  • Some of the KRs need to be updated manually by the DRIs. If you’re assigned to an item in the table below, make sure to check your name off in the respective KR tracking issue and leave a comment by pinging @rayana for awareness. This action will update the OKRs in Ally.
  • If you are blocked or unable to deliver an item, communicate it directly with your manager as soon as possible and leave a status update in the respective KR issue.

Provide designs for S1 SUS-impacting issues

Product Designers will be providing design proposals (SSOT) to selected issues. This KR needs to be completed early in the quarter because development need to implement them by the end of Q1.

Work with your PM and team to prioritise and prepare those issues.

Provide designs for S2 design bugs

Product Designers will be providing design proposals (SSOT) to selected issues. Our goal is to provide designs by the end of Q1 so they are ready for development.

Please use the Bug issue template when updating the issue description.

Work with your PM and team to prioritise and prepare those issues.
