Snippet gist improvement proposal

Let's get snippets on the level of gists with comments, multiple files, snippet forks and stars

Created mockup ;)

• Has filters, improved interface all round based on newest version of gitlab.
• Wants to take on github gists with: comments, multiple files, snippet forks and stars
