[Snippet gist improvement] Snippet Starting-screen/Creation-screen
When looking at the differences between the implementation of snippets in gitlab and gists for github., one can immediately see the increased focus on "snippet creation" in github's gists:
When going to gists, you are greeted with a code field to instantly "jot" down your snippet of code. Let's get the same functionality in gitlab's.
I present the first iteration of the hybrid starting view of snippets. The "see all of your snippets" could also be a scrollable...
Also the explainers for the visibility level should come up in a quick hover pop-up I think.
Lastly.. when inputting the filename + extension. the file icon should change into that of the extension... for example: .scss file should show a scss icon.
