Revert "Merge branch 'zoekt-ci-image-update-project-path' into 'master'"

What does this MR do and why?

This MR reverts !691 (merged). Even though it was supposed to not have any functional changes, it causes pipeline failures in the MR with the new Zoekt indexer.

I believe the fastest iteration would be to proceed with the revert so that Dockerfile.zoekt-ci-image-1.1 keeps using https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/search-team/gitlab-zoekt-indexer. Later, when we need to update the CI image, we'd just introduce a new one targeting https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-zoekt-indexer
