What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates zoekt-ci-image-1.1 to use the new project path since we've just moved (copied) https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/search-team/gitlab-zoekt-indexer to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-zoekt-indexer. Functionally, this is exactly the same image.
