ListCommitsByRefname: cleanup deprecated field

Zeger-Jan van de Weg requested to merge zj-cleanup-commits-listcommitsbyrefname into master

Last release, in !2269 (merged), the response struct got updated to better correlate the input with the output. After that, a proto field was deprecated. Given we're in a new release now, it's safe to remove.
