Optimize FY23-Q1 Shared OKR Planning

Summary

This issue will be used to draft the Shared OKRs for FY23-Q1 for Manage:Optimize. We share one issue between PM, Engineering, and UX as these OKRs are often related and require input and participation from cross-functional team leaders as well as visibility across Product Groups.

The OKR planning issue for the Manage Stage contains the cascaded Product OKRs relevant to the Manage Stage. We need to collaborate to create OKRs for Import that align with the overall OKRs.

Proposed OKRs

1. Objective: Increase customer confidence in a one-of-a-kind product
   • KR: Burn down all Security issues in Optimize <-- there is currently only 1 (S4) security issue in Optimize
   • KR: Finish the VSA date selection correction
   • KR: Close 10 Dev security burndown issues
   • KR: Burn down 30% of SUS issues
   • KR: Resolve 3 blocked tests
     • Follow-up: FOSS VSA specs should reflect component directory structure
     • Follow-up from "VSA - Create value stream form UX improvements"
     • Follow-up from "Merge instance stats queries"
2. Objective: Foster the growth of a world-class team
   • KR: Complete VSA: Highlight outlier stages issues through collaboration of backend, frontend, and UX
