  1. Objective: Improve GitLab's cost efficiency
  2. Objective: Increase customer confidence in a one-of-a-kind product
    • KR: Increase engagement through Pajamas migrations, user journey maps, and instrumentation
    • KR: Double our monthly community contributions
    • KR: 68% decrease in reliability issues (blocked tests, security) and green error budgets - Includes/aligns to Reduce security backlog down to "steady state" levels by X date
    • KR: Burn down all Severity 1 and X% of SUS issues
  3. Objective: Foster the growth of a world-class team
    • KR: Growing managers: Managers & Senior Managers discuss growth and development as a follow up to talent assessments and career development
    • KR: 5 new hires to the Manage stage (including 1 Optimize PM)
    • KR: Reverse an increase in US Centricity by implementing at least 5 action items
    • KR: Complete training and customer empathy OKRs from FY21-Q4 (if any carried over)
