This improves the gitlab-qa job by using the gitlab-qa gem instead of running the QA container manually.

The back-compatibility with the QA_IMAGE environment variable passed from omnibus-gitlab is kept, until QA_IMAGE is changed to GITLAB_IMAGE in omnibus-gitlab.
