Draft: Read autocore's databases from the Theseus infrastructure contract
Adds a pgtool reader for the Theseus infrastructure contract (infrastructure.yaml plus the mounted Secret trees, without depending on LabKit) and an autoflow.infrastructure_contract config source so autocore resolves its central and workflow databases, roles, and TLS from the contract instead of pgtool connection files. The file-based source is unchanged.
